Obituary for Clint Kelton Knight

Clint Kelton Knight, age 58, of Ashford, Alabama, passed away at his home on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.

Clint was born April 7, 1967, in Alabama to the late George Burl Knight and Margaret Helen Mills Knight. He worked as a long-haul truck driver for many years, spending countless hours on the road providing for those he loved.

In his spare time, Clint enjoyed watching Alabama football, listening to music, hunting, fishing, and watching westerns and action movies. He also loved tinkering in the shop and staying busy working with his hands.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his son, Christopher George Knight.

Clint is survived by his daughter, Jessica Francis (Nick); grandchildren, Wyatt Slade Francis and Jacquelyn Alyse Francis; brother, Kinkaid Knight; aunt, Brenda Mills Hardy (Phil); uncle, Gene Mills (Connie); and numerous cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.
