David Chauncey Obituary

David Chauncey age 62 of Enterprise passed away Sunday, March 16, 2025.

David was born August 3, 1962 in New Orleans to Billy Ray Chauncey and Ella Rose Autin Chauncey. He worked as a roofer. David treasured spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed fishing, driving fast cars and joyriding in his mustang. He was an avid Alabama fan.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers Billy Chauncey, Georgie Chauncey, Willie Chauncey; sister Bessie Chauncey.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Jacquieline Hanks Chauncey; daughters Charly Chauncey, Tanya Chauncey; grandchildren Nate McClendon, Austin Chauncey, Ella Rose Chauncey and was expecting his first great grandcjhild in October; brother Ludwig Chauney; sister Tanya Chauncey.
